ELEVEN HUNDRED ENERGY CORPORATION purchased the assets and intellectual property of Falcon Systems Engineering Corporation in November of 2009. Falcon was established in 1999 and Eleven Hundred Energy, along with key personnel carried over from Falcon, will continue to engage in contract engineering and the development of products used by the military, private industry, law enforcement agencies and first responders.
